Rapunzel Gifts ships in accordance with FTC guidelines. Rapunzel Gifts makes every effort to process and ship orders within one to three business days, including orders with express shipping, which are given priority.

Shipping and handling charges are extra and are based on the weight, size and method of shipment. Orders are sent via UPS unless otherwise requested. Please note, UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Backorders will be shipped at the same rates as regular orders. Please contact us with special requests and for more information.

Standard Shipping and Processing
Most purchases are shipped from our main office and will arrive within five business days of being shipped via UPS ground. Please note that items sent directly from our vendors may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please contact us at 201-391-0368. We are shipping orders only within the US and Canada at this time.

Rush Delivery and Processing
Our site automatically will calculate an estimated rush delivery charge for your order. Please contact us by phone at 201-391-0368 for an actual rate. (Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed on normal business days, before it will be shipped. Orders placed on Friday after 12noon will be shipped on the following Monday. We do not offer Saturday deliver. Note: Rush delivery is not available for some oversized items, items out of stock or on back order, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. This includes but is not limited to gift baskets, salt lamps and custom gifts.

Shipments to Canada
UPS charges approx $30 COD for orders valued between $40-100 Canadian. If you want to reduce shipping and brokerage fees we recommend you contact us at sales@rapunzelgifts.com for a customized order and shipping quote. We will gladly ship your order via USPS.

Complimentary Free Shipping
Check out our special offers to find out about complimentary free shipping on certain quantities of merchandise. These offers change on a regular basis so please check our site. Salt lamps, textiles and linens and large gift bskets are not included. PLEASE NOTE: A SMALL HANDLING FEE MAY STILL APPLY TO ORDERS THAT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING. IN MOST CASES FREE SHIPPING IS LIMITED TO UPS GROUND SERVICE IN CONTINENTAL U.S.

Insurance and Damages
All orders shipped UPS are insured up to $100. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. Save ALL packing materials and paperwork. If you notice external damage to the package at the time of delivery, alert the delivery person at that time, and, if possible, have them verify this damage in writing. Damage due to shipping may need to be claimed through UPS.

If your package arrives damaged please either refuse the package from the driver or issue a claim with UPS or Fed-Ex. We will gladly replace your item once UPS/Fed-Ex verifies they have received your complaint and accepts responsibility for the damage.

A COMPANY WITH A CONSCIENCE We recycle packing peanuts and boxes to help do our part to reduce waste and protect the environment. During checkout you will be given the option to have your order shipped using clean, recyled materials.
